I have been with yumove for several years. Started when my dog had became very stiff in his movements. Less than 2 months later he was bouncing around like a spring lamb. Having great trust in yumove I started my new puppy on yumove as he had a bit of a limp. All better now. Recently I tried to log into my account. Unfortunately due to an error by me of putting in the wrong email. I could not log in. I contacted customer services who soon sorted me out. Great company and great service.

Pet did not like and attempted to return unused and unopened bottles. Customer nonservice has never responded to request.

I am doing all I can to keep my dog, diagnosed with grade 1/2 Luxating Patella in 2020, stable! He has not limped since the first episode and since beginning his YuMove! I was on a Facebook page for LP and so many members raved about YuMove so we gave it a try. We have made physical changes to prevent slipping and sliding on hardwood floor. Orthopedic Vet is conservative and still not wanting to jump into surgery and long recovery. He is on a few other supplements and we keep him him at a healthy weight. I am just not sure whether to change from the Adult to the next stronger version? So, at this point, we are sure the YuMove has made a difference in his mobility and comfort and he gobbles it down!!!

My precious Sheltie Myles, 10 years old now, began having mobility issues issues a couple of years ago. Did the usual therapies, NSAIDS, pain meds with minimal positive results. Finally encountered a veterinarian teaching institution 1 year ago where a trial of YuMove Advance 360 was suggested. Myles had a more positive result in his mobility from the YuMove Advance 360 than traditional prescription meds. He has been on the product for a year now and has maintained that initial improvement seen with it. We are truly thankful for this product. And a shoutout for YuMove customer service and Chelsea. I have an 5-year-old English Shepherd who loves to run with me. One afternoon, Faye suddenly sat down in the road. Like any runner, I figured she was having an off day so we stopped walked home. When I opened the back door, I looked back to see Faye struggling to climb the deck stairs. I also noticed that she had a slight limp. A vet visit (Wil-O-Paw Animal Hospital – Coloma, MI) confirmed my fear - Faye has hip dysplasia. Her right hip is the worst. The ball of her femur should be round and smooth. Faye's is slightly square shaped. The doctor went over treatment options. Full hip replacement is out ($15K), but ball head replacement may happen next year ($1500 each side). In the meantime, Faye was given a Carprofen prescription for pain and a list of 3 recommended joint supplements. When I asked which one she would use if she were me, Dr. Kendall said, "YuMOVE". I started with the chews (ordered from Amazon). The initial recommended dose was 4 per day, but that gave Faye horrible diarrhea so I cut it down to the normal daily dose of 2. The only drawback was she didn't really like them. However, if I made like I was going to give them to the cat instead, Faye ate them immediately! In addition to the chews, I was encouraged to reduce Faye's food intake to get her slightly underweight to reduce her hip load (which I did). For non-weight bearing exercise, Faye and I went swimming in Lake Michigan just about every day over the summer. I was skeptical of the joint supplements and all of the positive reviews I read, but Faye proved me wrong. She's returned to being her normal, highly-active self. Now that winter is upon us, Dr. Kendall told me to tryh running with her again." Just monitor her and if she looks like she's in pain, stop and go home." Just as the canister was getting close to being empty, I found a subscription offer directly from YuMOVE for Joint Care Plus so I took advantage of it to see if Faye improved further. It's only been a month, but I've noticed a change for the better. Her limp is slight and I'm giving her less of the NSAID. Faye is an excellent pill taker so I'm able to drop the daily dose of 2 caplets into her mouth at once. No more coaxing or jealousy games!
