I had made a technical mistake on ordering and she resolved the issue immediately and with kindness and professionalism. I started the Joint product in November and am still on the loading dose. Yumove offers a money back guarantee and they mean it! One of my dogs is wired “backwards”—supplements that are designed to calm down dogs wires him up. I decided to try the Calming Chews just to see if they could help him (other supplements haven’t either) and they did not. Clear information about the product. Ease of ordering with automatic shipping. And especially the change I've seen on my 13 year old dog Bella. I mean real improved change! This is a great product. My 15-year-old runs around the house like a puppy. My 8-year-old is running the Agility Courses super-fast as she feels good. My 2-year-old has patella issues but doesn't skip a beat since using the YUMOVE. She also runs agility and is looking great. Thanks for making a product that really works.
