Everything went wrong
Everything went wrong. Do not buy from this company. .. Product is mediocre, CS is awful. They tell you something is shipped and when you track it , it hasn't even left the facility. Be careful. Don't spend a cent here.

Claims that they make their products themselves but it's a drop shipping site they are all available on Alibaba. Straight lies.

MACHINE MADE RUBBISH
Do not buy from this company as you will receive a load of rubbish cut by a machine not hand carved then they expect you to return it to the US at your cost. The wood it's made out of is very lightweight and after waiting ages for it to get here I'm very disappointed with it!!! This is a scam company!! To get a refund I have to send the item back to the US at a cost of £21.99 this company really is a rip off please do not buy from them !!! UPDATE IF YOU READ WHAT I PUT YOU WOULD SEE ITS NOT DAMAGED ITS A LOW STANDARD CAVING AND ITS A CON THAT IM EXPECTED TO PAY £21.99 TO RETURN A ITEM WHICH IS RUBBISH !!!! UPDATE I MADE A CLAIM THROUGH PAYPAL AS YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE PROTECTED AND THEY TURNED ME DOWN AS I DIDN’T SEND IT BACK. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!

Lied to multiple times/Scammed
In mid-August, I placed an order for a product, but it was unfortunately lost in transit by USPS. Towards the end of August, I contacted the studio to report the missing item and request a replacement. They assured me that they would follow up with USPS and send a replacement within 1-2 days. Over the past two months, I have reached out to the studio four additional times to inquire about the replacement. Each time, I was given the same promise that the replacement would be sent within 1-2 days. However, it is now the end of October, and I have still not received the product. This experience has left me feeling disappointed and concerned about the reliability of the studio's customer service. I would caution other buyers to be vigilant and proactive in following up on their orders to ensure a satisfactory resolution, as the studio's communication and follow-through appear to be lacking in this case.

I recieved the wrong order
I recieved the wrong order - wrong sizes . I emailed them asking to accept a return of them and to plz correct the order or give me a refund. But they never responded at all and I am left just screwed out of my money.

I ordered two Handmade Wooden Phone…
I ordered two Handmade Wooden Phone Stands. Every time my alarm went off, it fell on the floor. I exchanged numerous emails with Yukon. They were very slow to respond. When I finally got all the information I needed to return the items, I send it to them via USPS. I emailed them after I confirmed that the package was delivered. Imagine my surprise when I got the package back "Return To Sender". I did love the two stands but they just didn't work. I replied to Joe at Yukon Design via email at support@yukondesignstudio based on his request. The Order # is 78374. So I finally got a refund from the company. They gave me an explanation that really didn't make sense. Something about about where they delivered the package was not my address. But I did receive it at my address. I think they were confusing it between the post office from which I returned the items. My town no longer has its own postal services. Another town actually took over delivery to mine. Anyhow they said that they never received the items and would not have returned it to sender. The only thing I can say is I returned it to the address on their website. I double checked it when I got the package back.

Yukon Loses. Reputation Sinks Lower
Yukon failed to deliver my order. Then they refused to honor their unconditional guarantee. They left me no choice but to file a claim with my banks credit card fraud department. The bank ruled in my favor and refunded my money in full. Yukon is not to be trusted. They gaslit and frustrated me to no end. Needless to say I would never do business with them again.

Colour not the same as website.
Ordered 2 items with cat and dog with human. The colour of the animals is very pale, and does not match the colour on website. Yukon responded by advising me to colour with teak oil. Perhaps they should fo this so it matches what they are advertising.

Each batch of wood can differ slightly, just as pets themselves vary in color. Some customers choose to use teak or mineral oil to bring the color closer to their pet's actual shade, but this is entirely optional.
