Diese Änderung ging ohne Probleme und die Kommunikation per E-Mail war prompt und sehr freundlich. Die Lieferung habe ich gut verpackt und schnell erhalten. Der Mann mit Hund ist zauberhaft, man sieht die Zuneigung zwischen Mensch und Hund. Ein richtig tolles Geschenk für HundeliebhaberInnen.

One of the items was received broken and was replaced right away. The product is very nice.

The product is excellent but unfortunately the delivery from Evri was not so good; they lost the product. Now the good part. I contacted the supplier and they did not hesitate to correct the situation. They shipped another product straight away at no cost and it arrived within a few days. As we know things can go wrong but it was good to know the supplier took full responsibility and corrected the situation quickly.
