Yukon Design StudioReviews of yukondesignstudio.com

When my parcel wasn't delivered and the carrier were regarding it as lost, Yukon followed things up....the parcel was later delivered safely. Importantly Yukon responded to my email . I felt listened to.

The people I communicated with regarding my order were patient with me and treated me kindly. Fantastic company!

Prompt help re a delivery issue. Beautiful product too!

I ordered the boy and long haired dog carving when I saw it advertised on the Guardian website. It immediately reminded me of my son and his King Charles spaniel. It arrived with a lovely velvet storage bag, and is superb quality, it looks wonderful in my son’s bedroom window and he is delighted with it. I can highly recommend this company for excellent service and a quality product.

I bought 1 dog for my wife, and 1 cat for my daughter for Xmas, and they love them

Yukon provided a superb product, and their communications and customer service were excellent.

Beautifully crafted piece. Made a really lovely Christmas present for someone special, who is an animal lover.

I bought two handmade pawfect carving items: 1) Man & Dog and 2) Sitting Woman & Cuddly Cat. I was so amazed with the excellent, flawless and satisfactory quality. Also, I appreciated their customer service; they sent me a replacement for the defective items promptly. I highly recommend Yukon Design Studio if you want to buy special gifts.
