Unusual and touching carving, simple, evocative. Lovely response and relatively prompt delivery. Exactly as depicted. And well-priced for such a unique and well crafted item.

After placing my order there was some confusion with the tracking information on the delivery companies' website. I reached out to Yukon Design and they provided the greatest customer service that I have ever received. I am in my 70s and have worked in the customer service industry all of my life and I know how very important it is. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I have shared this experience with several people and intend to order from them again. Thank you, Yukon Design, for your exemplary behavior; I won't ever forget it.

I saw an ad on IG and loved the beautiful simplicity of the man and dog sculpture. I ordered it and strangely, it never arrived (package theft? unsure). I reached out to the Customer Service and they kindly offered to send me a replacement, which I really appreciated. My husband is going to love it when I give it to him for a combined Valentine's Day present/rescue dog's birthday. <3

By chance I found a sculpture of a girl knuckeling down to her dog, offered on the internet. This sculpture seemed to me to be my daughter and her Labrador. The price was ok, but there was one problem: I did not know how much is shipping from USA to Germany. I asked via Email, and Martin from Yukon Design Studio anwered me, that it would be less than 3 Euro. And so I ordered the item as a present to my daughter, because I think that it expresses exactly the relationship between my daughter and her dog. It arrived two days ago, very well packed in a karton box and an additional present-box with an inlay of something like foam. Yesterday in the afternoon my daughter visited me, and when I gave her this sculpture, she was speechless and had tears in her eyes. There is something very important I want to say: I had a very nice and heartwarming correspondence with Martin from Yukon Design Studio. It was very much more than a business contact, it was a little bit more like communnicating with a friend, in this manner not really usual in Germany. So, many thanks again, Martin, and have a very good time!

The quality of the dog phone holder was exceptional. It is a practical product that is aesthetically pleasing to have on any desk or table. The fact that the holders remind us of our Golden Retriever, Cheyenne, was an added bonus. It is obvious that this is a company proud of its craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

The Pawfect figures immediately caught my eye because of the artistry and simplicity of the design, so I ordered two. They are as impressive in person as they are in the photos. I'll definitely be returning to check out the many other items on the site.
