Yukon Design StudioReviews of yukondesignstudio.com

The design is quite lovely. I had to get back to the company to ask them when my parcel would be arriving. They were extremely helpful, apologised and dealt with the query immediately, and I received my items 2 days later.

4 stars...the tracking although updated each day was not clear where my order was, ie..initials instead of place names. No idea which country it was coming from. Other than that it was good quality and as described....

I'm writing a second review as I have finally received my orders. They are as depicted on the website so I'm satisfied with my purchase. The shipment was from outside of the country. It took approximately one month to receive my order and had I known that from the beginning I may have not worried about my order. The carvings of dog and person are lovely.

5 stars for the product, but I would have given it 1 star for honesty. When I FINALLY received my order I was pleased. These are cute. But be aware that these are coming from outside the USA. The shipping time and USPS updates are not accurate. The company’s standard response to customer emails tries to be reassuring, but they lack true transparency. You should know that your order will not be shipped within the 2 days that is stated on the website and they are not coming from Delaware. You’ll see true reviews here, but if you Google their web site all you’ll see is 5 star reviews. The reason for that is that they have the option to accept your review or not. AND, notice what they are doing here ….if they don’t like what you have to say, they are doxxing customers. Listing customers personal information is a poor, poor business practice.

easy to use and very reliable re tracking your order highly reccomended

I ordered two wooden phone holders in the shape of a dog and cat. Great for a stocking filler or ‘tree present’. At one point I wondered if they had gone astray as they took rather a long time to arrive. However, it was worth the wait because they are really cute. Well made and so original. I have never seen anything like them in a shop. I sent Yukon an email, basically saying all of the above and had a very nice personal reply. This is clearly a company that is committed to good customer service.
