12/17/25-Shipping was taking forever so I decided to look further into the company and tracking. I found many people on trust pilot claiming that the products were from China and Yukon denying it multiple times.... The tracking they provided that linked back to their website had no real information, and the last update was 11 days ago. I was able to find (on a site that is letting me track a shipment I ordered from another company that I KNEW beforehand would be coming from China) tracking information and it is confirmed... the shipment is coming from China. They are completely deceitful in their approach. I am very unhappy at this point, but lesson learned, I will research much more deeply BEFORE ordering again from a site that promises hand made products. 12/31/2025 UPDATE. I requested a refund from the company multiple times, they would not comply. They kept saying they talked to the shipper...the package was on the way... SO, I went through PayPal and requested that they give me back my funds. Anytime I can, I do like to pay through PayPal for this reason. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER. WHY DOES THE RATING LOOK SO HIGH? BTW my order was placed 12/2/2025... plenty of time to receive for Christmas. My last correspondence with them was 12/28/2025. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! 2.2.26 update. PayPal denied my request because the seller provided delivery confirmation. A PIC OF A PACKAGE IN A HAND!!!!! Not on a porch, not a pic of a house, nothing!!!! NOW I AM PISSED AT PAYPAL AND THIS FOREIGN SCAM, So much for using PayPal as a way to protect my purchases... I will be rethinking that as well.

Item is nice, but it’s not anywhere near the photos in the reviews. Disappointed if I’m honest. Having seen the photos in reviews the item looked amazing, however what arrived does not come anywhere close to the advertised picture. I know they are handmade but I feel not a lot of effort went into this one.

Update to previous review. Still have not received item or refund. Seller states it was delivered to my house but not a picture of my house. The reasonable thing to do is refund or resend but now several months into this with no further responses from seller I feel that this is a lost cause (and a loss of $50) The best I can do is warn you all to avoid this seller.

I received their link through my New York Times account. Their website is so convincing that it never occurred to me to check in Trustpilot. I was convinced I ordered two different, hand crafted, wood carvings, but I received two of the same. so I contacted them to ask if I could exchange one. No replay. I looked at their return policy and they make it almost impossible to return, with the time restrictions and cost of postage. I was a bit suspicious when I saw the products wrapped roughly, with no indication that they came from a design studio. the return address, rather than a studio in the USA, is from a warehouse in Buckinghamshire. When I buy from a craftsperson, the items, even a card, are beautifully and lovingly wrapped, usually with a personal message, that leaves no doubt about the provenance. The products I received are obviously mass produced, made by a machine, and look OK, but certainly are not worth the price they charge for them. I ordered from their website, my order number is Order #127133, but, like the orders of all the people that rate one star, they will be no record of mine. This people have no shame, they are just scammers. I wish there was some way to stop them. I later on received the offer to get the right figurine without returning the one I do not need, after paying £6 towards postage. At this point, having paid over £40 for my previous order, I decided to buy the figurine I wanted on Amazon for just over £6, which is possibly the right price.

Thought I was buying jewelry from a small design studio that was making handcrafted inhouse products in small quantities. Wrong, it's just cheap Chinese mass produced jewelry that you can buy on Alibaba for 95 percent less. Live and learn and don't believe everything you read. This operation is just a marketing gimmick and they aren't being honest about their products. And no, their products aren't being copied by Chinese companies, it IS made in Asia/China 100% there's no way these items are being made in the USA, buyer beware. Additional info added Nov 26 2025- Got a reply from Yukon Design Studio claiming my review was "unauthentic" so had to prove that I am a real customer. Sadly the never answered any of my concerns, just a well crafted and likely well used response denying any claim that they don't sell their products on other websites, a question/claim I never asked/made. My point was that I doubt very much they are making their products themselves, rather buying it from Asia/ China like all the other companies that sell identical products at prices as low as 90% less than they do. You can find them on Alibaba or Etsy, just search for them, easy to find. And yes they are 100% identical, not just close but exactly the same, probably made in the same factory. I was just disappointed that I thought I was buying some items that were genuinely unique and quality made by professional jewelers in the USA and that I was supporting a local craft business that was making original designs and hopefully paying their staff decent wages for it. I was wrong however, and I guess if I did my homework I would have known this before I bought these items. I'm just really disappointed and a bit annoyed at the way they describe their company but it's just a clever story designed to make you think you're buying something special when your not. I'm happy to let them prove me wrong but I doubt that they can, at least not while being honest. As I said above, it's buyer beware. Thank you.

ORDER #124407 The wooden sculptures are mass produced in China as I found out to my expense. The quality isn't that bad but Yukon s claim that they are handmade and polished at their family run workshop in the USA are simply wide of the mark. No such workshop. Mass produced in China and Yukon Design studios are just rented office space in Delaware. usa. STAY CLEAR

Just received the lady with the flowing locks holding the dogs chin sculpture and compared it to the same design which I purchased from Amazon a month ago for a third of the price. The items are exactly the same, they are made with the same materials and are both rough cut by machinery (not hand made) and both were thrown into a bubble polythene bag in two peices for you to fix together yourself. So don't bother paying over £23 plus shipping for this item from Yukon when you can get the same thing from Amazon for less than £6 with free shipping. They are both mass made in China. Don't believe the Yukon reply to this review that they don't deal with Amazon, I have proof in my hands. Made in China and Yukon made a big profit. Just to prove the package originated from China I removed the shipping label to reveal the original label beneath, it read 'CAI N!Ao' which is a shipping company in China.

Yukon design studio use the cheapest couriers. Order not delivered after 21 days. For Australian orders they use Aramex. Aramex has a 1.2 star rating. My order tracking has not been updated for 6 days. Yukon does not care about orders after you have paid. Once shipped they blame there cheap courier
