Being not very good with computers, the company walked me through the steps to order # 3 and when I still did not got it, Martin personally took me by "the hand". Now I am just waiting to hear from my son that he received the dog. His Kale was a good friend. Thank you again for the beautiful figurine.

The wooden sculptures are so heartwarming. We have owned several labradors and the artist definitely captures the love you feel for your pups.

Two things were a delight: 1. The finish of the product was as clean and beautiful as the pictures. 2. I ordered two things and was delivered only one. But the response to my query and the delivery of the next product was so swift that the confidence I have on Yukon has doubled.

I contacted Yukon Design and they replied within minutes and promptly shipped out a replacement. It arrived promptly and perfect. Their customer service is exemplary. We were really delighted with the Man and Dog (Floppy Ears) which was delivered much more quickly than we had expected, and which is even larger and better than we anticipated.
