After I placed my order I read the reviews and some made me concerned but I didn’t need to be. My experience has been excellent- the item I ordered arrived promptly and is exactly what I was expecting. It is of high quality - the cutting is good as is the finish and fits together and stands perfectly.

I loved the phone holder I ordered! It featured a kitty and is utterly charming. There was a small wrinkle in the order and the customer service was really outstanding. I could not be more pleased.

I had the best experience with Yukon Design Studio. I’m located in Italy and I received the order in 12 days, which is pretty good as I paid no extra fee for shipping, having bought two articles. The items were packed with great care, and the craftsmanship was absolutely beautiful. I loved my two items so much that I decided to buy some new things, one for me and two others as gifts. I just can’t wait to receive them. If you think they’re beautiful when you look at the pictures on their website, wait to see the items in person! I loved them!

Great looking product; shipping period was quite long but this was stated clearly when ordering and the order was received within the timescale. Very good communication by the company with updates on progress.

I purchased one of the designs of the woman with the kitty and I love it so much! It has been so beautifully designed & it looks so elegant in our home. Every time I look at it, I smile. As a lover of cats, I’m so thrilled I bought it..it’s so sweet & the workmanship is gorgeous. I also found the customer service to be wonderful. Martin was so lovely & professional in his communications with me & he has such a wonderful & admirable work ethic. I absolutely love this company.

I received two wooden dogshaped cellphone-holders. Really cute, with glued-on wooden ears. But one of them missed an ear. I wrote and asked fpr a new ear, so I could glue it on, but Yukon sent me a whole new holder. Thanks for your good service!
