Yukon Design StudioReviews of yukondesignstudio.com

I ordered a couple of wooden scriptures on a whim after seeing an ad for them. The order to a while to ship so I did have to contact customer service who advised me the delay was due to a large number of orders received during the Christmas season. The items shipped shortly afterwards and stoned a few days after Christmas. The sculptures we're exactly as described, nicely made, and everyone really liked them. I do recommend this business for anyone looking for a thoughtful, unique gift but I also recommend ordering well in advance, just in case.

The item that I purchased on November 18, 2024 from Yukon Design was for a Christmas gift. The package was never delivered to my home. As I live in Canada, our Canada Postal Service was on strike for more than a month. The postal strike ended just before Christmas but my purchase was never delivered due to perhaps being lost. However, Yukon Design was so very kind that they sent me a replacement item!! I just received the item this morning, and I love it!! Thank you Yukon Design Studio.

My first delivery arrived damaged. The apology and quick response to send out another parcel was very pleasing

So, I paid the smaller delivery charge and got what I paid for, the courier my end wasn't great. The item arrived broken so I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement that arrived in perfect condition and much more quickly than the original order. I'm very impressed with the customer service and the item was as described on the website. Shop with confidence. Don't go cheap on delivery if you have a deadline but if it goes wrong it'll be fixed!

My granddaughter loved the wooden sculpture of a dog.

I haven’t had good luck with Facebook advertised products, but I decided to try again with YukonDesign because the carving was so cute and posed in a stance I’ve made many times with my dog. I’m very pleased with the quality of the product and the communication regarding shipping. I would definitely purchase from them again.

A shaky start where one of the two crafted wooden ordered items was missing a key piece. However, an email enquiry to Yukon saw a full replacement for the faulted item, so I can now report being really happy.
