I was entering my shipping and mailing address information and I hit submit too early and noticed the shipping and mailing address was from a previous address. I immediately emailed Yukon Design Studios of the mistake and supplied the correct information. I was contacted that the correct information was amended. I am happy to note that I received my order today (8/1/25) and am looking for the best options to display my cat figurines. Proud to support businesses that keep the "buyer" at the forefront of service! Great job!!!

Der Kundensupport ist immer erreichbar und antwortet stets persönlich. Die Antworten und Zusicherungen haben mir alle Zweifel genommen, besonders weil die Sendung aus dem Ausland kam. Ich wurde immer über das Tracking informiert und konnte das Paket bis zur Ankunft verfolgen. Perfekt! Alles kam sorgfältig verpackt und pünktlich an. Das ist eine großartige Geschenkidee für Weihnachten für meine tierliebenden Verwandten. Ich ziehe diese Option ernsthaft in Betracht. Absolut empfehlenswert!

I purchased "Dog and Woman". It is absolutely adorable! It's well made and looks exactly what you see on the site. Also, the customer service is great as they respond to your email right away and are very helpful. (I asked for an advice if I can shelack it to enhance the color.) If you are dog (or cat) lovers, I am 110% you will love it as I do. It warms my heart and gives me a big smile whenever I see them. :-D I also hope they will explore with various other desigs in the future. :-)
