Buyer Beware This is a misleading, and I believe fraudulent scheme. The product ships from China (not Delaware). When you order, they give you a "Track with USPS" link, but the US Postal Service is not involved. Rather there is a Chinese delivery company that gives you a series of errors in their shipping. It has taken me several e-mails and hours of time to try and sort this out. The same products are available on Amazon for about the same price. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else.

I have decided to cancel this order and still waiting for confirmation. I wrote on 14th regarding cancellation of the order and this has not been confirmed. Now the 17th and still no word. This company needs investigating and closed down. They should have a look at my e-mails as I have requested that the order be cancelled. To say it is not based on my experience is untrue and I challenge them to prove otherwise.

Order #40982. I don’t understand these positive reviews. The items I received were very disappointing. Not as depicted in the picture at all. Much thinner profile and very cheap looking, ridiculous for the price. I requested a return # immediately and they do not respond. I have emailed them 3 times. The 30 day return period is useless if they ignore your request to refund. I think this company is a scam. Update: immediately following the response from company below I contacted them (again), as directed. I have heard nothing back 12 days later. This company tried to have my review removed and when they were unsuccessful they are now trying to ‘appear’ to the reader like they will make things right. They have not responded to me at all. Their reply below is a con job. May 28 update. Again this company has responded on this review site saying how I need to reach out and they will assist me. I have reached out. You have all the details to assist me. Order number is posted above. I have repeatedly asked for you to send me a ‘return number’ you say is required for me to send the product back. Instead you continue to post that you’re sorry and want to help…. but you don’t. I would be happy to amend my review that you assisted me, but you actually need to do it first. Still a con until you do.

Scam. My husband made a purchase on Dec 8th and was sent a tracking number. The item never arrived. I sent an email in reference to the purchase and was told due to high demand it would now be shipped out. I check the tracking number sent and had a delivery date of January 5th. I just rechecked the tracking number and it states the package was considered fraud and the postal service would not be delivering the package. Total scam company. Adding an edit. Not sure what happened I did receive my order last night 1/26/2023. Not sure if this package was sent out after I contacted them and the federal trade commission or because I wrote bad reviews. The tracking number that was given stated counterfeit and would not be delivered this was around January 8th, and I did receive a package from them on January the 26th!

Yes they have replied to my comments on May 28th. returned the article in November .It was returned to me in Feb. So fed up with them I threw the article out. So not only did it cost me to buy and then postage to send it back, only to b thrown out. Waste of money and time. So when purchasing things from the company beware. Have asked for a refund number several times, wanting to return a product. haven't received one and only having 30 days to return it time is running out. It's not good enough. Given you my order number with each email, which is 36198 My advice make sure u don't havet to return it.
