They have the best services out there and i love how the staff are friendly and helped me with a lot. The good thing is they are working very hard to improve the system everyday! i 100% recommend using them ( ive been using them since 2017 ).

This used to be a really good site but not anymore. My exchanges are so slow and i can never spend my credits. I get about 10 views per day which is ridiculous compared to what i was getting in the past. FIx this and i will come back.

Dear Sarah Harding What you experience seems very odd, and we are of course truly sorry about that. Often, what causes slow delivery is campaign settings. But, as it appears from your review that you are an experienced user, we tend to believe that this is not the case here. This, of course, makes us even more curious about investigating what has happened. We would truly love to help you, and any of our users, and therefore strongly hope that you will open a support ticket and point us to the campaign where you’ve had this odd experience. Thank you! Best Patrick YTMonster Staff

When purchasing "priority slots", it sometimes did not reflect well. However, when I conveyed the details carefully, they responded firmly. Also, taking into account the period not reflected, they also paid for part of the payment. Thank you for your sincere response.

Horrible. I signed up for a three day trial thinking I could cancel as I just paid all my bills and did not have the money. After signing for the free trial I tried canceling on day two, there is no way on the site to cancel or change membership. I tried messaging help which had answered previous questions but when I asked to cancel subscription before free trail ends, they closed my ticket without responding. I sent another and they closed that one. I checked my account and this morning and the charge came through and bounced my account. I am furious. I thought I liked this site and would just pay for services individually as needed but I will be deleting my account. Absolutely horrible. No way to call anyone either.

Hi there I'm truly sorry for this happening. I've taken a look at it and it seems as if there were some tickets closed in error. We are always more than happy to help users with cancelling should they need help with doing so. As PayPal is our payment provider, all cancellations are made on their website, and cannot be done on our website. I have already processed a full refund, and have ensured that you will not be charged any further. :) All the best, Patrick YTMonster Staff
