They don’t allow refunds
They don’t allow refunds. At all. I accidentally purchased a pro subscription and immediately after, I contacted them. A day later, they said they wouldn’t refund me, despite the fact that I didn’t touch my account at all after the subscription. On top of that, they charged me multiple times. What an amazing policy. Thanks, YTmonster.

Dear Anonymous, We do handle refunds on a case-to-case basis, so we do definitely allow refunds under certain circumstances. I can see that you've signed up for a trial Pro subscription on two separate accounts. You can cancel your free 3-day trial at any time during the trial period, and still, keep the benefits for the full 3 days. If you do not cancel it in time, the membership will renew and you will extend the benefits for a full 30 days. Seeing as the trials weren't canceled in time, your subscription renewed on both of the accounts. For this, we cannot process any refunds. However, on one of the accounts, you have accidentally set-up an extra Pro subscription. This is one of the circumstances where we can surely process a refund, and that's only fair. I have already done so, and have also let you know on your tickets.

YTMonster Is Incredible
YTMonster is incredibly useful for getting a video started, YouTube doesn't seem to recommend videos with less than 500 views so getting the first few hundred really helps getting a video out there and will start getting natural views later on

My 1000 Youtube views never came.
My 1000 Youtube views never came. When I asked, they replied that they would fulfil my order but never did.

This is definitely not the experience we're looking to give.
