The photo was so life like. It was a wonderful Birthday gift for my husband. He actually teared up.

The print is beautiful. The opportunity to edit it and have even minor changes made was important and handled well. I really appreciated seeing each draft until the picture was perfect.

The quality of the frame and printing are excellent. Everyone at Yours, Theo worked very very hard to get my two dogs right. I’d say they went above and beyond the normal call of duty to help me. They even helped make the lady (me) look more fetching. :-). I was surprised at how fast the art arrived, safely, at my doorstep. Now I just need to decide where to hang it. Thank you Yours, Theo.

First… the guiding instructions on how to put the artwork together was excellent. Easily understood The price point was very reasonable for the end product. Time frame from ordering to receiving was also more than acceptable But the artwork itself… I was so moved. The images were exceptional… as if the artist posed them in real life. This is to be a Christmas gift… and I am more than certain this will be a beautiful and meaningful present… not to be compared!

Peter, thank you for trusting us with a gift that means so much. It’s lovely to hear how you felt seeing it, and we hope giving it at Christmas is just as special.

Although the first version of the portrait turned out to be not to our requirements, the second one with requests was absolutely perfect. We were sent the second one for free! We were also sent emails through which we could discuss all the details and it ended up with the portrait we love!!

Thank you for giving us another chance. We’re sorry it took a second attempt, but we’re so pleased we could work it through with you and leave you delighted with the result. Your feedback helped us understand what mattered most.
