I'm always leery when it comes to these on-line ads for pet portraits. I had many questions I wanted answered before I committed. The email replies from yours, Theo were prompt and reassuring. They want you to be 100% satisfied. My portrait exceeded my expectations. My artist was quick to make any changes I wanted and her communication with me was excellent. Again, I could not have been more pleased with the final results. I would definitely recommend this company.
