Fabulous experience I had gone back and forth quite a few…
I had gone back and forth quite a few times with edits. They were patient and attentive. I ended up receiving exactly what I wanted and it turned out wonderfully! I would recommend this to any pet owner.

Artwork I’ll Treasure, and Kindness I Won’t Forget
I received my artwork from Yours, Theo today—a drawing of my beloved dog Archer and me taking a walk—and it captures our relationship so perfectly. It arrived beautifully framed in oak with glass and looks wonderful. I’ll always treasure it.
The initial image was created using AI, and afterward I worked with artist Bea to refine the details. Over the course of the process, I probably requested fifteen alterations, some needed because of my own mistakes. Through it all, Bea was patient, encouraging, and unfailingly kind. She never made me feel that my requests were a burden, and she spent so much time helping me get everything just right.
Now, when I look at the finished piece, I see the companionship Archer and I share, and I’m also reminded of the kindness of the person who helped bring it to life. That makes it even more meaningful to me.
Thank you, Bea, and Yours, Theo, for a beautiful piece of art and an experience worthy of it.

The ease of creating the portrait and tweaking it until it was just what I wanted was great. Also, when I realized I had made a mistake in the matting/frame order after I submitted it, contact was easy and quick to correct my mistake. My painting was delivered quickly and well packaged.

The prints were spectacular!
The prints that came back were spectacular! There were a few adjustments to the appearance of the pups (Bless the designer, she handled 6 of them!) but when all came, my husband had happy tears when I gave them to him for early Christmas gift. Every single thing came out perfect in the end and we'll be using Theo again for gift portraits!
