order arrived and I'm happy with it. It is not what I originally ordered but Yow emailed and said that a similar item was available vs the one I ordered. I accepted the similar item and it arrived. thank you YOW

I ordered bully sticks that they canceled and refunded me, but I also ordered 2, 1 lb. bags of beef tendons and only recieved 1. I did pay for both and have not received a refund or my other bag.

I love the freeze dried treats - no additives, just protein. My order arrived a day earlier than scheduled, and Professor Fozzy Purzwell is quite happy to have his favorite chicken crunchies back in stock.
