Item still hasn't been received. Emailed them twice on this and still haven't received any response.

You guys got to stop sending me dog food it was a one-time deal I don't need no automatic stop sending me dog food or I'm going to cancel the credit card and you ain't going to get paid enough for this already

Yow pets substituted a cheaper version of the Canine Caviar product I ordered without notice and did not adjust the pricing. When asked about it, they said they bought the product in bulk, and that Canine Caviar was discontinuing it which that is why it looked different. This was not so. I ordered the product from another company just to see, and the Canine Caviar product came and looked just as it should. My dogs did not really like the one that Yowpets was sending and were so happy to have the real thing when it arrived. I was paying for grass fed Buffalo jerky, but got something else.

The wrong item was shipped and no return or exchange was given

I ordered fish food from the website it came when they said it would the problem is it wasn't what I ordered. I called I sent two emails and no response I would not and will not be doing business with this company again.

I keep getting these requests for review, but I have not received any product.

Canceled order. No explanation as to why.

i ordered my chews a few weeks ago and never received them. said five days for delivery but still no chews for my dogs
