It is a fraud site. Everyone is fake. This is made up by site itself. Dont trust this site. I had to inactivate my paypal account because i linked the account with them.

Luckily I received a few bogus replies to know this site is 100% fake , last response was from supposed Chinese lady claiming to be a billionaire yet can't find love, I mean come on how stupid do these scam artists think men are , well I guess there are some desperate and stupid enough to actually submit a credit card to them , hopefully these reviews will put these fraudsters out of business

Very bad experience , now I want to delete my account but it is Not possible I don't know why this happen. At the time of login there is no issue then why they create a issue while deleting the account. I request to Goole plz band these kind of websites

-Submitted all documents on Nov. 22, 2018 -They love to say "Goal processing time is 30 days" but they know it will take longer -TripMate keeps pushing date back with new random documents needed which they get within 12 hours of request (which they can then claim they restart the 30 days of processing) -Try to call for updates but keep getting waitlisted or put on callback list (all automated, never can get a human on the line initially) -Callbacks take 24 hours before they actually return calls (if they even return it) -I finally get an echeck with a partial refund in March 2019. Summary: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! ITS A SCAM! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! They just wait to see how long they can drag you along before you give up

Stay away from this site and do not give your bank details. They operate under several different names so once they have your bank details they will continue to take money from your bank account. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BANK DETAILS.

Really, stay as far away from this site as you can. It is one heck of a scam. I spent some money and it was a waste.You never get to the next level. On most sites I have been associated with you can pass on personal contact information such as email address or even a phone number but not on this site. I actually spoke with a customer service rep on how do you actually make personal contact and she sluffed me off. If you try and pass off your contact information they block it out so the person on the other end does not get it. As some people have stated you have to spend about $16 just to red an email posted in the conversation.I asked several of the conversationalists for their contact numbers and the responses were they had no cell phone nor did they have access. Third World or no Third world everyone has access to a phone. I was even told from someone in Columbia they were having earthquakes and cell phones would not work. So you are getting nothing but eye candy if that and also I was told by one contact that she only paid a fee once a month in the Ukraine??? They have live streaming but what it is for I have no idea except to drain your credit card. Just stay away from this site unless you like giving away money.

I'm brand new in travelmate site and received tons of emails but I didn't care because they are all not my type of person, until I received an email from a handsome man from New Zeland, I answer him and discovered that I have to pay to be able to read his next email, I said to me it doesn't mind because he worth 2.99 € to know more about him, and I was ready to make a payment when a Thought came on my mind for checking reviews before taking action. Now that I see all of your reviews, I changed my mind but I still thinking about the 3 emails he sent to me without reading them. I just hope that if this man was as serious as I am, he will make a searching review about the app and will see my message here. I want him to know that I was real but not like other fake profile.

If you see a nice man coming from Serbia, Belgrade. You can not send a message, just when you pay first. All are writing in the same kindly way, so it's strange, Now I read reviews and how I felt, it can be a fake site. I registered on Triptogether site, and they are in contact, automatically forwarded to me to this website. The triptogether is the same most of the peoples' pictures are having stolen. So better not use both websites.
