Hello Mr. Azimi, Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. After reviewing your reservation, we confirmed that the issue resulted from an internal error on our side. A full refund has already been processed to your original method of payment. YourTransfer24 is a legitimate transportation company, and we take every booking seriously. We sincerely regret that you experienced this situation at the port. We understand how inconvenient this may have been. Please note that this is a circumstance beyond our control. Our driver was present at the designated pickup location at the time indicated in your reservation, on time, and the service was provided exactly as contracted. Port access regulations and port authority fees are established and enforced by the port authorities, and the port authority frequently updates and changes access requirements and procedures. As such, these conditions are subject to change without prior notice and are not within our control. We appreciate your understanding and remain at your disposal should you need any further clarification.
