I received a YourRewardCard in the mail. Had $25 on it, no reloadable. Says "funds never expire" . Has an expiration date 02/30. Back says "12 months after activation will charge $2.50 month fee. Did not activate the card or set a pin. Front said $25. Not valid for cash or ATMs. Not valid outside the US. I believed it to be from my health insurance company, UHC. Can't be used for just anything, similar to the UHC U Card. Used it online at Amazon. Haven't tried to check balance. Should have little over $14 left on it.

Total scam company. Wiped my card balance out called customer support and there was nothing they could do, talked to supervisor, again told same thing. I told them I'll make a few reviews to get some value back from their scam.

Bought a card through thebitcoincompany.com, which gives a card from this shop. The card never worked in any online shop. After some days, card was blocked, and you needed to call support. Customer support is only reachable through a US phone number, no email ... it's a scam.
Nope
Scam company supported by CoinGate. Purchased a Visa gift card, which is locked until you manually activate it, only problem being their website keeps throwing "System error has occurred" every time you interact with anything on there. They have multiple phone numbers listed, yet I can't reach anyone, there's a 50/50 chance you get the "This number does not accept calls at this moment", then when you do get connected their navigation is non-functional, it doesn't register keypad inputs and then just hangs up on you. There is no email address you can reach out to, they most literally only have a PO Box for physical mail, which I'm not going to bother with over $15, realistically they probably don't even read those. I just wish I'd read the reviews here before I tried to use their service.

I wish i could give it zero stars! I received this card as a part promotion program from Spectrum . I immediately tried to use it after activating & someone had already zeroed out balance. I reported it to card services immediately but told it would take 90 days to investigate. After calling several times & waiting 90 days, I called & they told me my dispute was denied. Sorry! HOW DO THESE SCAMMERS STAY IN BUSINESS?? I LOST 400.00 STAY AWAY!!
