Do not bother ordering from this company! I placed and order at the start of December and then heard nothing about my order. I emailed and contacted through their Facebook page, finally heard back to say there had been delays in manufacturing and shipping so basically my order had just been sitting there for over a month. I did end up getting a refund but what’s the point in ordering from a company who simply cannot keep up with their demand. They need to update their website to reflect the real manufacturing/shipping times.

I had placed an order on December 10th of pretty close to 200 dollars worth if items. I had ordered 3 playmats and 2 sets of sleeves for chrustmas gifts for my friends. It is now January 7th and not only has the order not updated beyond that it was placed I have emailed there support 3 times and left a message on facebook 2 times, To not response. While I am aware it is a large order, It has been distrubing how there has been literally 0 commumication on the issue. I dont even wish to cancel the order, I just want to figure out what is going on since it has been almost a month with no update at all

I placed an order November 18th, 2024 for a playmat, deck box and card sleeves. Based on their websites FAQ page I should have received my items within 5-12 business days. On December 8th, after not getting any updates on my order and checking the tracking of my order on their website which showed no new updates, I reached out to customer service to figure out why nothing has been updated and where my order was in processing. They told me there was a "logistical issue" that caused a delay and asked if I wanted to cancel the order or continue waiting and get a partial refund for the inconvenience. I opted to continue waiting and received a 15% refund and asked if there was an ETA for when I should be receiving my order. On December 11th, they told me that "the last report we received mentioned 3 to 6 weeks" and told me that they would reach out as soon as they got another report. I noticed on Facebook they were giving other customers a 50% refund for the same issue and reached back out asking why I only received a 15% refund, and I am still waiting for a response over a week and a half later. It is now January 5th, and I haven't received any updates on my order, no updates on their website order tracking, and no follow up correspondence from them. Do not waste your time or money on this company.

Company took money for my order, never shipped and refuses to answer inquiries. I will be logging dispute with PayPal to get my money back. This was a christmas gift and it never arrived. Do not order from this company.

Really bizarre experience so far. I placed an order on November 30th - no updates until I followed up on December 21st. They responded with a tracking number that is shipping to a completely different city and state. I let them know, and they said that "Sometimes, tracking systems display preliminary information like a difference location as part of the shipping process." The mat is now showing as "Out For Delivery" in the same different city and state (and it certainly wasn't delivered to me). I'll toss in a charge dispute in a couple of days if I don't hear back, but they clearly could have seen the same information I did if they just clicked the link that they sent me. Sounds like if you order and don't have any issues, you might have a good experience. That unfortunately hasn't been my experience with them.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a playmat in September through their website. There was no place to enter the size of the playmat once I had chosen custom size. I placed the order with the size in the notes. The editor approved the image quickly and emailed to confirm. I replied back and questioned the size since the price seemed low. I was told that the mat would be printed at that size. After about a month I emailed to find out where the mat was and was told the 14 days started after they began processing that they make the mats themselves and to allow more time. At the end of November I emailed again. It took about 4 days to get a response and I was told I didn’t pay enough and if I wanted my mat I could pay an additional 200+! Even after showing the previous message they wouldn’t budge on the price.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with YourPlaymat.com. I placed a simple order in August—just one playmat and one deck box. Months passed, and by November, I still hadn’t received my items. Every time I reached out, they lied about the status of my order, making excuse after excuse. Eventually, I gave up waiting and requested a refund, but even that turned into a nightmare. I had to beg them for my money back, and they continued to stall, lying about the refund process as well. It wasn’t until I threatened them with a chargeback that they finally issued my refund. This company is completely untrustworthy. They took my money, failed to ship my order, and wasted months of my time. I would strongly recommend avoiding them at all costs.

They pressured me into getting a better finish on my play mat, I in the end took what i thought was their professional advice, since then i have gotten 0 emails updating me, when i look at my account online it says unfilled. they have yet to send me back any emails asking what is the hold up. I will calling my cc tomorrow to have them block this transaction as they have yet to provide me with any details in over 15 days, i would suggest advoiding this company all together. SCAM!
