Your PlaymatReviews of yourplaymat.com

I was very satisfied with how my custom sleeves came in, better than expected! Also, they do have very attentive email staff and overall happy with my experience with Your Playmat!

I’m so glad I found Yourplaymat; I wanted a specific size mat, which was proving to be hard to find until I found yourplaymat & this was perfect! The mat is well made, and I’m so pleased I could order a custom size. Customer service is excellent - friendly & so helpful!

EXTREMELY HAPPY!! Didn’t have any issues at all! The service was amazing and I can’t wait to do my next order. The colors were very bright and vibrant! Looks great!!! Solid product and company!

Made a custom playmat to use for my office desk and it's amazing! The team gave updates along the way with the touched up image I provided and even sent a picture of the final product before shipping to make sure I approved of it before shipping! I will be buying playmats from them in the future for sure!

My experience with Your Playmat has been amazing. I have ordered 2 custom playmats so far and both are amazing. They are amazing for picture quality, durability, and longevity. they make sure you are updated during the process and that you are happy with the end result before they ship it. They are the only company I plan on using for any kind of playmat. Also, they are priced amazing for the quality you get.

Customer service while working on what I wanted/didn't want for my mat was great! Finalized the image and said it went to print. That was 10 days ago. According to their shipping it should've gotten here by now, if not an email saying it's on the way with a tracking number. I sent an email twice now (one a few days ago and one today) asking for an update. No response. It's not a holiday season so I'm not sure why all of the sudden I'm not getting any feedback? Definitely willing to change my review after I've received my product and/or a response. Follow up: Since posting this the owner of the company himself reached out and personally apologized and handled my order. I just received it today and I'm thrilled with it! Quality is good and it's a decent size. Would've liked it to be thicker, but overall can't complain with it! I can't wait to play matches with my new mat.

I ordered custom art card sleeves, they look amazing and feel amazing. When I first shuffled them it felt like butter, would 100% recommend if you have a non-meta deck and want to show off your favorite boss monster. Mine was HerculesKabuterimon from the Digimon TCG and I’m very very happy with how they turned out.

Placed an order for custom sleeves at YourPlaymat. User experience on the website was solid. Chose my product features. Uploaded an image. Received my sleeves neatly packed and in perfect condition. The custom image looks gorgeous and crisp on the sleeve. There are no dents or defects as well, which is sometimes an issue with sleeves. I also recently placed an order for custom sleeves through Dragon Shield. Their customs always come with a small “D” at the bottom of EVERY single sleeve, according to them for quality control. That was super frustrating as it was not mentioned upfront. So they lost me as a customer. I will definitely be using YourPlaymat for all custom sleeve needs in the future. Many thanks for the great product.
