The process after confirming the purchase was a little scary after I accidentally put the wrong billing address but the companies support team replied to me very quickly and assured me that it was okay! My product came within the month and looks amazing!

This company is an enigma. I’m giving them 4 stars because each of my experiences so far have been great, personally. The product is genuinely great. It feels as high-quality as some “professional” mouse pads I have, and those don’t even have color-matched stitched edges; YPM does. The option to have them upscale and sharpen your image is nice, but as long as you supply a sufficiently sharp image yourself. It will turn out totally fine. The colors on mine look incredibly accurate even WITHOUT YPM’s enhancement. However, it does take every single day of the 14-business-day processing period for them to even start the mat, and shipping only after that. It would help if they didn’t wait for you to respond about upcharging for the aforementioned image enhancement. If I didn’t select it beforehand, I do not want it. Just makes the whole process take an extra day or two if you don’t respond “no” right away. I have no doubt they have these 1-star reviews because of their processing times, it is quite long and they don’t communicate that fact super well. But as someone that is rarely in a rush, I am reviewing the product mostly. I hope they do read this and make whatever changes they can; supply chain is hard.

Under the custom standard playmat page the timeline specifies up to 4 to 6 days in production. I ordered a custom playmat in hopes for a tournament three weeks in advance. after 15 days, I messaged customer service and got a notice that this takes 14 days to produce. It has been way over 25 days and I have yet to see any results or shipment. After emailing their contact, I was told the item has shipped however the item is still awaiting shipment status and has had no movement at USPS since being given a tracking number. Terrible customer service. Update: I did receive the playmats after a month and they were great. This company requires patience and time.

The mouse mat is great. I got mine in a custom size to fit my desk, with a custom image. The print quality is high resolution, with clear definition of very fine details. I only wish that the mouse mat was of a thicker material. I have issues with my wrists, and going from my old 3mm mat to this new 2mm mat, you can really tell the difference between the materials. The old one was much more cushioned and felt 2x as heavy. Time will tell if it stands up to the normal daily abuse.

I ordered a custom mousepad with RGB installed on it. The shipping took about 45 days to arrive, I expected it to get here originally within 2-3 weeks. I was in contact with the customer service team and they sincerely apologized due to the long order time for my item to ship. They stated they've been having multiple shipping delays from there manufacturer and warehouses in China. I received a partial refund which was nice of them to do since I was on the urge to request a refund and cancel my order. I'm actually happy I didn't because the quality of the mousepad was worth the wait. I would only recommend that the company invests resolves there internal shipping problems since they're based out of China which can be problematic to resolve.

I ordered some of their custom card sleeves with a unique design. On their site, they said that they would ship the product within a small time frame and in reality, it took far longer than expected. However, I emailed their support and I received an answer fairly quickly. Their support was very kind and explained why it was taking a while for the order to be shipped. When I did receive the product, I was pretty happy with it. It looked good and the design is very clear. It looks like the art was printed directly on the sleeves themselves. Thank you to Rachel for giving me support. The end product and service made up for the hiccup during production.

EDIT: Your Playmat has addressed most of my below issues so I have updated the rating. I previously used yourplaymat.com to print 30+ playmats. Their work was fantastic; top tier. For every order I even paid for their "premium" editing service. As I wanted that extra "professional" attention. In February 2022. I used them again and ordered 10 playmats. Once again I paid for their premium service, asking for bright neon saturated colours and deep blacks (something they advertise they are good at). Every other time they had provided strike off samples with high res photos and even a movie of the playmat close up. When I asked for this, this time; they didn't respond and just marked the item as shipped. It should have been a red flag. After 2 months of placing the order the shipment arrived. To my horror, colours were washed out and dull. The black colour was a dull and not saturated. Art was centred poorly with parts of it cut off at the top or bottom. The art wasn't as sharp as before. When compared to their previous work, my new playmats were disappointing. Playmats also used to be nicely individually rolled and wrapped in plastic. I hope they can rectify their issues. There really is no reason to pay extra $$ when they don't deliver on their basic promise with their "premium" service.

The playmat feels better than my other one but the stitching is something to be less than desirable about sadly. I hope it doesn't come apart in the following months.
