Abysmal customer service. I tried ordering from them once prior and never received my order. Weeks later I was refunded. I gave them a second chance and placed an order recently, only to have them forget most of my order (I received 1 of the 3 items I ordered). After contacting customer service, instead of owning up to the mistake they lied and said “it was shipped in two separate shipments.” Not true…I received a “shipping notification” for the remaining items AFTER my communication with customer service, stating only that a label had been created. A week later the status is the same—they have still not been shipped and CS is unresponsive. I give up on this company.

Who the hell would start a company and have horrible customer service???? How stupid. How ridiculous!!! Investors in this company whomever you are, look at the reviews. They are pitiful…. The product. Sized wrong. Bigger that size chart. Nothing fits. No one will respond to do an exchange. There is no phone number to call. Only text. Big warning sign. Wow! To think a US based company as well. Really bad.

This company is the WORST!!! Items do not fit and trying to get a refund is impossible. I sent emails with no response, their phone number is bogus, get some contact with their FB but they do not read the thread so comments and assistance does not work. I purchased using the Shop Pay and have filed a complaint with them so my last two payments have stopped but I am still owed about $30. Contacting BBB next.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Over a month and no order and no response. I have contacted them for WEEKS on different platforms and they never once responded to me. Promised a refund but is not willing to send a confirmation email. Upon contacting them about the refund issue they tell me they can’t refund me. They then say I should expect an email for the refund after rejecting my refund? They can’t even give me clear answers. I never used this site in my life but I am so, so disappointed in this company. For such an inclusive brand... What a deceptive company.

I actually got the product in a reasonable amount of time, but, the fit was awful. The crotch is too narrow and the underwear kept creeping up my derriere. I had the right size underwear and I do not have a big derriere. I will NEVER buy the product again. There was no packing slip or info about how to return the 5 unused underwear I bought. I just sent them an email asking how to return the poorly made underwear.

So I was looking around on the Parade website and added a few items to my cart, but was not ready to order. When my toddler woke up at midnight last night I gave her my phone to play with while I changed her diaper and she managed to place the order using my auto fill information (I know, I know, totally my fault, but still). I emailed customer service within 15 minutes of the order being placed and they were closed, since it was midnight. I got an email at 8:20 AM, barely 8 hours after placing my order, saying that it has already shipped and cannot be cancelled. When I go online, there is no tracking information and it says order is being generated... This sounds like a BS way to stop someone from cancelling an order. I responded to them to say there is no way my order has shipped and I did not have the funds, but they just responded that the order has been fulfilled and I can return the items if I’m not happy with them.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They debited my account, never sent the product and ignored my multiple emails to customer service. Truly appalling, seems like they must be going bankrupt.

I definitely agree with the other review posted on here. Parade has HORRIBLE customer service. When I placed my order, I received a few emails from them and got constant updates (regarding sales and promotions). The day after placing my order, I wanted to cancel my order because I ended up ordering two of the same hoodies. They were very quick to respond to that email saying that my order was already on the way and it wouldn't be possible to cancel. My tracking number did not update for weeks. I assumed that my package was lost or never shipped to begin with. Nearly three weeks later, my package arrived so I emailed them again asking if I could initiate a return now that I have the pieces with me. This alone, took them 10 days to respond to. Now, they're claiming that they don't accept returns but they can give me store credit or refund me. So, I agreed to a refund and it's been a week. Nothing. It's super frustrating for an order to take nearly a month to get to me when it's a domestic package (I actually live in the same state they ship from). There's no reason why they should be taking this long to respond to emails. I have placed orders from overseas and have received my packages quicker than this whole monstrosity with Parade. Luckily, I can still dispute this with my bank but I would never buy anything from them again. Their clothing is poor quality, similar to something you would get at customized hoodie/shirts stands at the mall (I actually think you could get a better quality hoodie or shirt from the stands at the mall). The tags itch and it's likely to pill after a few washes. Please do not spend your hard earned money and find other businesses who care about their customers.
