THIS HOSTING IS A PURE SCAM. i bought a dedicated server 15 days ago, its been 15 days u have not recieved refund and its been 10 days since the staff stopped replying to my ticket. i would not suggest anyone to purchase from here

In the interest of protecting privacy, we will not go into detail about this account (although it was opened with fake details). This client has violated our ToS and AUP. Upon termination of their services, they initiated a PayPal dispute and lost, as there are no refunds to ToS violators. This customer is upset that we are not allowing them to continue their activity that violated our ToS to begin with. We do not work with customers who break our rules and our reasonable enforcement. Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done for this person.
