Brittany was an absolute dream to work with on such a meaningful and emotional project. From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and attentive to every detail. She handled each step with care, patience, and genuine empathy, which made the entire process feel supported and seamless during a time that meant so much to me and my family. Her communication was outstanding—quick, clear, and reassuring—and she never made me feel rushed or like any request was too small. Brittany truly went above and beyond to ensure the memory book honored my sister in the most beautiful way. I am so grateful for her partnership and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who combines professionalism with heart.

Mom’s 90th Birthday Celebration Book. My mother turned 90 on 12/31/2025. I’d participated in a friend’s Kith and Kin book, so my brother and I decided it would be a wonderful tribute to help her see how much she is loved. She was blown away! She has emailed us to say what a blessing the book is and how much fun she has had reading and rereading it! The book is high quality and submissions are easy to do. We received the book two days earlier than the committed date which was terrific since we were traveling for the holiday. The ordering system was a little glitchy but Brittany responded incredibly fast and resolved my issue. Highly recommend this as a meaningful gift!
