Great experience from start to finish! The crew helped me coordinate with 20 friends and family who contributed to my wife's birthday book. The book turned out fantastic, and I appreciate all the one-one assistance they provided!

After this review Brittany reached out about my damaged book and they issued a replacement. We were so impressed with this company working hard to replace the damaged book and the retiree loved it! Would order again in the future. Original review: The book is beautiful, unfortunately the corner got banged in shipping. While it isn't super noticeable it would have been nice to receive it without any damage. You can see the box got rammed into something in shipping and it squashed the corner. Better shipping materials should be used.
