No greenhouse in sight
I purchased a greenhouse on March 29th and it was supposed to arrive in July. It is now September with zero updates. I’m worried this vendor is a scam. Order #3984 Please provide an update ASAP

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever! Ordered and paid for Nordwood Garden Studio last May still no update on delivery. Multiple inquires to Bruno customer service no responses. Occasional call from the company with zero information, they just ask me to call them back and then never answer. I sent note to founder Gustav, no response. This must be a scam. I will pursue legal action.

Less than positive experience--buyer BEWARE!6+ months into this new greenhouse and…
6+ months into this new greenhouse and we are still waiting for the 2 roof vents that we ordered and paid for......multiple different answers from just as many customer service staff, all sharing different information. NIGHTMARE experience!

The biggest disappointment
In March 14,2026 I ordered and paid for greenhouse ($4,773.00) which should be delivered by May 20, 2026. Today is September 22, 2026, and the greenhouse wasn't delivered, yet. All I got were just excuses and excuses. I already cancel the order and asked for refund but did not hear from the company eighter. I don't know if I will ever see the money again! DO NOT BUY from this company unless you want to be disappointed as much I am. Jitka

Joke - False Delivery promises
I ordered in April and they charged my CC. This is Sep 22 and still no greenhouse. Continually false promises of delivery date. Multiple excuses. Blame the carrier. Now I feel they want me to ask for a refund due to the sales price I received.

I ordered this greenhouse in May and…
I ordered this greenhouse in May and here we are in September and I still haven't received it. I do get email updates saying oh it's coming really soon but never anything that is actually helpful. I would not order from this company again
