For August orders, the October timing shown was an estimated ship date, not a guaranteed delivery date, because these are pre-order units manufactured specifically per order and then moved from the factory to the U.S. warehouse in Newark, NJ. If the greenhouse is already at the warehouse, the next step is carrier pickup. A Bill of Lading (BOL) can be provided once pickup is scheduled, and tracking is issued after the freight carrier scans the shipment. If cancellation is preferred instead of delivery, say so in the message and the request will be reviewed based on the order’s current stage.

Hi. Sorry for the frustration this has caused. Records show this order has already been refunded. Please email [email protected] with the order number and the name on the payment, and a refund confirmation can be sent, including the refund date and transaction reference so it can be matched on the card statement. Hi Mark. Sorry for the delay, the missed follow-up by email, and the difficulty reaching support by phone. This experience is not acceptable, especially after paying in full and putting time and money into site prep. Records show this order was delivered on December 3, 2025. For context, pre-orders move through production and quality checks, then ship in a consolidated batch to the U.S. hub, then go through warehouse processing, and finally get scheduled with a freight carrier for curbside delivery. During the last stage, tracking can be limited and updates can lag while the carrier assigns a delivery appointment. That said, communication should have been consistent and timely. If anything is still outstanding, please email [email protected] with the order number and a quick note on the current status of the shipment. If there were any missing or damaged parts, please include photos of the pallet labels and the affected parts, plus the parts list from the instructions, and replacements will be arranged.
