Months and months of waiting for our new greenhouse and it still hasn't arrived, one excuse after another as to why, buyers beware this company is a scam. Nice reply I've heard that excuse at least a dozen times, funny because just yesterday 6/10/26 "Shirley" told me it was still in Europe awaiting pickup... you guys are full of AI Generated responses.. SCAM!!!!

Where do I start, poor communication, same day communication from different employers, the first saying “ your order is being prepared at the warehouse and a tracking number will be supplied in the next 2 days at maximum” then a few hours later “ sorry your order will be another two weeks before it arrives”. All this and it’s already been 5 months wait. The season is lost and I have lost interest trying to hold onto my patience. Phone calls produce no result other than excuses. I have even offered to personally collect since I know exactly where the ‘shipper is located! If you want a greenhouse, buy somewhere else because the excuse of backlog does not fly if orders are still being taken. I have recorded all, even though few, emails, screenshot all chats as record of this so I’m not just a disgruntled customer .

I am still getting lots of ads to buy. I sent a question about ground prep and got no response. i have not talked to anyone from your company.When is the expected ship date?

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM I bought and paid for a greenhouse in NOVEMBER 2025. It was supposed to be delivered in March. Then April. Then May. It has been one excuse after another. Now, I guess I'm supposed to be happy that they are being sent "air freight"... we'll, it must be being sent from Uranus, because they will not give me a tracking number. That's because it hasn't been even shipped. Its always someone else's fault: production, courier, customs, etc BUT they sure haven't stopped selling them online. Future buyers BEWARE. They song and dance around stealing $2800.

Shipping delay due to taking too many orders and production can’t keep up. It’s a frame and plastic, how hard is that to manage. Most importantly, we weren’t notified immediately so we still had time to switch to another Company. No new date given. Going to be pretty worthless to get a greenhouse after our greenhouse growing season ends and temps rise to be of any value. So no starts ready for planting. Bottom line, no garden this summer. But they’ve had our money for several months so who’s complaining.

I received this survey after I had cancelled my order. I had been given an order update that there was an issue with my shipment, and it was being upgraded to air freight with a 2-3 week delivery estimate. After 4 weeks I was told there was another issue, and my order was being upgraded to air freight. I'm not sure how it's possible to upgrade an air freight shipment to an air freight shipment. It appears the first air freight shipment was forgotten about entirely, and I was 'upgraded' again after I inquired its whereabouts. I requested proof of shipping for the air freight shipment and received nothing, the order that should have already been delivered never even left the warehouse. As it still had not been dispatched, and my order apparently forgotten about as I had been told about the same shipping issue and same upgraded shipping a 2nd time after 4 weeks of nothing, I did not trust this company to fulfill my order. I had to request 3 times my order be cancelled.

I’m in Canada so if this is the American review page I am sorry. I ordered my greenhouse Dec 2025. Delivery was to be March 2026. Since March delivery dates kept changing….about 4 or 5 times. This last time I said refund please. I am so disappointed in this company. Their communication is so bad. You can’t get anyone on the phone and takes forever to get a reply on the web site as well as via email. The only good thing I can say about them is that their refund was instant. I personally would not recommend this company.

I would rate them a zero if it were an option. Prepaid and ordered early in January for delivery April 1. Delivery was delayed to May 1 then to June 1 and now it is delayed to late June. Communication is polite but produces no improvement in delivery. A phone call would be expected when a $3000 order is delayed by over three months costing a grower an entire growing season. All I have received is a few polite AI generated sounding text responses. Incompetent at best, fraudulent scammers at worst. At this point, I just hope to get my money back. Don’t order from this company if you live in the states! Update-Purchase price refund has been received. No compensation was included for the lost growing season or interest the company accumulated while holding my money for six months. Future customers be aware that engaging in business with this company is a bad high-risk venture. Note that many good reviews are of the ordering process and these customers have not actually received a product.
