I have been with them for a while because i could get flea meds for 2 of my dogs for 9.99 plus free shipping. I added my 3rd dog that i adopted and now they cancelled my other 2. Saying they never exsisted and trying to charhe me 13$ each plus out of the ass shipping. How do you not have any records after being with someone for over a year?? This company is a scam. Save yourself the issues ive delt with and find a different company. Messed up mailing address numerous times on top of it, app fails to launch. Disgusted

Absolute worst place I have ever dealt with. I didn't receive the first order so I let them know. They blamed the Postal Service. Said they sent a replacement order and I would have it within two days. Nope. They provided me with yet, ANOTHER tracking number and said I would get it in two days. Yeah, where have I heard that before. Stay away from this company. If it ever does arrive, it's going back and I want a full refund. Terrible!!!!

I thought this wos gonna be a good product but I was wrong. We had 4 dogs and 1 cat. My lab started having seizures and then died. My saint pyrenees lost all her hair. Fleas have gotten so bad there has been no relief for my dogs. I also accidentally spilled some on my hand and it started to burn my hand.

Their flea medicine does not work and it is nearly impossible to cancel your membership. When you are paying, they are happy to talk to you but once it is time to cancel they are no longer there to support you.

This company is a bunch of scam artist I paid for medicine for my 4 cats ovef a month ago and haven't received the product. They took my money no problem but now cant get ahold of a human to ask for a refund I bought meds from chewy. So I'm out 20 buck plus shipping and cant get a responce from email or phone .

I agree with everyone else who says these people are crooks! I have been trying for almost a year to cancel! So I guess I will be looking for a good lawyer! I'm a poor old woman on a fixed income and I can not get them to cancel! I have been keeping up with how often they steal from me! So fuzzy. com get ready for a battle! Everyone here has complained about you I will be contacting them all so we can file a class action lawsuit against you! Not sure if you even care enough to read the reviews! I'm guessing not since they are all bad and you keep stealing from them too!

This company is BAD!! I put the flea medication that I received on my dog and it didn't work, just caused more fleas!! Also, I can't seem to find anywhere to cancel my membership. They have charged me twice now. Don't use these people!!

Avoid this product. Their new product Effipro by Virbac does not work and upon reaching out to them I found out they DO NOT stand behind their products and are refusing a refund. My pets, who were previously flea free, are covered in fleas in just a week. I applied Effipro on March 25. Today is April 1st. I've cancelled my subscription, they are refusing to refund for a product that doesn't work. They should have stuck with Activyl and it's a shame they don't stand behind their product. Also, don't expect to find a phone number, they refuse to allow you to call them so they can continue to bully you over chat and email. This company is a joke and a thief. Run.
