This platform gave me more insight on my dogs health and issues, and additional information as well as regarding dog food & recent data and health concerns , then my own very who is constantly hands on with my dog.

This virtual vet is billions of miles ahead of the others. I’ve tried them all I swear, and none of them have a quarter of the compassion and kind staff of vets and Vet techs just are so sweet and caring. They always seem to actually care about my baby and they checking on her and I love these people. If it weren’t for them, I might have lost my baby weenie dog last month because they told me what she was showing signs of were definitely an emergency and I needed to get her there immediately… However I had spoken to another virtual vet right before hand and they told me she was probably fine and they were not very nicely spoken. I never feel dumb when I ask questions or rushed and I feel like they’re so knowledgeable and they take the time to actually make sure you understand what they’re telling you. Not to mention the emergency fund is so much better than the others I’ve seen. Me and my weenie love you fuzzy!

Very friendly and quick at responding. Answered every question I had and was very supportive. I needed a refund on my subscription because it said I cancelled it and he was able to cancel it and refund me the money. Was able to get with an agent right away.

I really appreciated the telehealth assistance I was able to receive with Fuzzy when my cat became suddenly ill at 2:00 AM. We were connected to a vet tech who talked me through evaluating his condition and helped me provide him with enough home remedies to wait until my vet opened the next morning, where he was examined and treated and has since made a full recovery.

I found their prices to be the lowest around for the item I ordered. Shipping was fast and customer service is responsive.

I am so thankful I found FUZZY! I didnt place the correct order and wasnt able to add my 2nd dog. So I contacted the live chat and was blessed to talk to Charvet! She made it all so easy.
