What a fantastic experience this was! I was concerned with fleas and anxiety issues with my new rescue pup, and Laura with Pet Support and Erin the Vet Assistant were incredibly patient and helpful. I was sent articles and given great advice regarding my little Luna’s care. Laura gave me a great discount and even helped me get going on the Fuzzy app. I can’t wait to get the products and if they work as well as the service, I can’t see ever leaving Fuzzy! Thank you!

My experience with Fuzzy.com was surprisingly excellent. Why? Because of the customer service! I felt like a valued customer. While the anxiety chews didn’t work for my doodle, I would definitely buy from this company again. They didn’t give me ANY hassle in cancelling my subscription and reminded me about the vet benefit that comes with every subscription. Because of the wording in their email it was unclear to me that the vet benefit was not an additional paid service. Jeremiah was so kind, helpful, and actually listened to my feedback. I feel that this company truly cares. We also chatted about our furbabies. Thank you Fuzzy.com. I look forward to giving your company another try.

My lovely dog got ill. I understood that I couldn't handle this by my own and I required a help from professionals in this sphere. I have decided to drive my dog to veterinarian, because I thought that something serious has happenned to him. Nevertheless, everything was quite okay and it was just a regular cold. Doctor told me that sometimes something similar might happen with dogs of this breed and I'm thankful to the doctor from this company. He's a real professionals, he also prescribed some vitamins which I have to give to my dog.
