Blocked for no reason.Also they never respond to tickets.

ich wünschte ich wüßte 1. warum ich da angemeldet bin, und 2. wie ich da wieder weg komme. ich habe gar nichts damit gemacht, komme heuet zufällig auf diese seite, udn dann steht da mein score wäre zu low für umfragen. HÄH?! abartig.

I join a site 10 days ago I was doing surveys on my laptop I logged off my laptop to do surveys on my phone and I was blocked every tickets that I have made have been closed with no reason I have submitted a Better business bureau (BBB) report on this as well untill this is solved for me .

I don't even remember registering to this survey panel, but today (14/09/2023) they blocked me when I was working on a survey in another panel I registered in. I see my "Quality Score" is still 100 (I have a screenshot to prove this claim but unfortunately I can't show it here), but on the same screen, YourSurvey said in Bahasa Indonesia that I have "Masalah Akun" (Account Problem). Say what? I have been working on surveys for years, never had this problem before. I also realized that YourSurvey's surveys also behave oddly (e.g. can't connect to the server) in another panel. I think it's YourSurvey that has problems, not the other survey panels or me. I sent a ticket to the CS today, waiting for the response.

They permanently blocked me for no reason

I am just about sick and tired of this survey site! A number of months ago I forgot to turn off my proxy VPN before doing a survey and was immediately blocked. There was an occasion prior to that that I completed a Cint survey on a hotel's Wi-Fi while on holiday and was also blocked. It takes forever and a day to get your ticket answered and am uphill battle to get your account released. You have to chase them up a number of times before you even get a response! Today I was out and about and completed a Swagbucks router Cint survey on my mobile phone using cellular data only and not using any Wi-Fi connections or proxies. I have just got home and attempted to complete another 40 SB YS Surveys (Cint) offer and have been informed that, you guessed it, my account has been blocked and to contact them! I am totally fed up with this as there is NO reason to suspend an account for using cellular data - no other survey site does this and surely there are other ways to prevent people from using VPNs by placing a warning so that the user has the option of abandoning a survey before attempting it on a VPN. WHY CAN'T CINT USE THEIR COMMON SENSE!! On another note I have noticed my quality score suddenly drop at times through "rejected" surveys with no reason explained. I have been completing Cint surveys for 3 years largely problem free but being blocked like this for completing surveys while either out and about or while using public Wi-Fi is a nonsensical joke. Also I am a Swagbucks, Y-Live and Intelli-zoom member and have been completing their offers with no issues at all. Very poor show Cint and quite frankly appalling customer service! 😠

Mainly for the A.I. detection being broken or poorly designed. Would rate 0 stars if I could, there are far superior survey providers out there. Not perfect, but still in the lead compared to Your Surveys.
