I have been taking my time answering questions truthfully and not rushing through the process, but the company keeps deducting points from me, I don't understand why and it is very dissapointing and sad because I feel that maybe the researchers or host of the particular survey(s) are not happy with my answers and I am just giving my honest opinion when I take the surveys.

Does not matter if you score is 100, above it, or below. You're getting DQ'ed anyway.. Joke of a website!! Also, submitting tickets is pointless. They never respond.

i had close to 400 points now it is down to 68 points and i can no longer take surveys these people are scammers they said i was speeding or providing false answers it is clear they do not want to pay so the cheat and ban you

You get one point per success for your quality score but then they zap 20 from you if they feel somethings wrong- I had 20 points removed- then a message that says the survey timed out in error so they give me five back- what sense does that make. And I too dont get paid for alot of them- yo get all the way to the end and it says thank you then tells you it was unsuccessful. Worst survey site ever

Completely Unfair website, after completing a survey they would never redirect to the original source / partner website and thus you will never receive your reward. They Cheat Us, Although we complete the surveys for them
