Literalyy nothing went right with this company. Stole my money, simple as that. From the very start they made promises they knew they couldnt keep just to have us sign on. Said they can get us on TTS as a canadian company but was absolute BS. No communication between team memebers so you have to answer the same thing multiple times or bring up same concerns to multiple parties. Got signed up with an account mamager who was literally going on paternity leave in a couple days.. so obviosuly wasted time there to get setup with a new account manager. To get access to accounts they would message you and want to do it on the spot without any scheduled times. So your running after each other trying to catch each other when your both online. After like 3-4 weeks of getting things setup the team alwas compeltely unaware of the canada TTS situation that the sales person promised so we kept going back and forth trying to figure it out for weeks. When i guess it took too long for them and they found they were having to use their time to figure out us getting onboarded they decided F it and just ghosted us. Stopped answering my messages and basically just stile our money without us getting anything in return. Never offered a refund for this debacle, literally ntohing just ghosted as the unprofessional theives they are. NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY, if your looking for a legit professional agency to help you grow. They literally couldnt get us even onboarded properly.. AND stole our money and ghosted

I’ve started a lawsuit against them. Everyone here with the same experience - please reach out to me to join my lawsuit. - youngwithsolutionslawsuit at gmail Besides everything they did — lying, misleading, and not taking any responsibility — they clearly breached the contract. I invite anyone who has had a similar experience with them to join my lawsuit. It is already paid for and in the final steps of filing. They promised deliverables and a timeline that they never provided, while taking a retainer for 3+ weeks with nothing to show for it. They started by impressing me with a strategy video and slides before the sales meeting. Then they took over an hour of my time selling me lies they could never deliver, like: I would have an onboarding with the full team, including a copywriter; a timeline for having ads live and ready by week 3 of working together; and at least 30 deliverables per month. They also told me things that they later, after payment, changed. For example, they said they would optimize and manage TikTok Shop. Then, in the “strategy call,” they said they wouldn’t do it much because my website was the best-converting channel — which it isn’t. They didn’t even do a basic check of the conversion rate or anything. After spending 3+ hours of my time, plus days filling out all the brand details, they did the most basic research and came up with a “strategy” that was 1 slide inside a full slide deck they make for everyone. Even this one slide was totally off. Only during my strategy call did I find out that the account manager didn’t even have access to the most important things I had spent hours and days preparing for them. I needed to keep asking for things, managing, following up, and keep getting excuses and requests for more meetings, just so they could push the delivery further. After 2+ weeks of nothing moving, I didn’t get any creator to approve or any options to send products to affiliates. I was doing the managing and pushing, while continuing to hand them the marketing strategy and finding out that there wasn’t actually a whole team — just one account manager who seemed like he had taken on too many customers to handle. All this time, they continued charging a monthly retainer while not moving anything forward. I saw where things were going and tried to stop it in week 3, but they refused to refund me, even though they hadn’t done anything they committed to in the sales call or in their contract. They hadn’t even started.

Maya, we've read your review and take the concerns in it seriously. We'd rather go through them with you directly than in a comment thread. Thank you

We engaged Young With Solutions in February 2023 for a TikTok content partnership. It was a significant investment for our company, and unfortunately the experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. Before signing, I had already raised concerns about paying such a large amount upfront. The initial proposal was around $16,000, so I specifically asked to limit our initial commitment to $8,000 until we had seen and approved the content. Young With Solutions agreed to this arrangement. Unfortunately, the collaboration did not deliver what I expected from such an expensive service. What happened afterwards is the main reason for this one-star review. On February 14, 2024, Young With Solutions contacted us to say that the commercial terms of our original agreement were no longer feasible for their company. They offered either to revise the scope of the collaboration or return our funds and end the relationship amicably. That same day, February 14, 2024, I chose the refund and immediately provided our bank details. By June 25, 2024 — more than four months later — I still had not received the promised refund. I therefore had to contact them again and ask them to process it as soon as possible. For me, this goes far beyond simply being disappointed with the quality of a service. When a company explicitly offers in writing to return a client's money, receives the bank details, and more than four months later the client is still chasing that refund, I find that way of doing business extremely difficult to trust. Looking back, I particularly regret that I ignored the warning signs I had identified myself before entering into the partnership. Based on my experience, I would never work with Young With Solutions again. I would strongly recommend that any business considering working with them — particularly when a significant upfront payment is involved — carefully review the contractual terms, payment conditions and refund provisions before committing.

Update (Beware)- 9.8.26 YWS charged our credit card for $3300 last week without approval. The charge was disputed for Fraud since they did not have permission to charge the card. They have a policy (that their contract they sent me confirms) that funding an account is approval for spend. They spent money that was not in the account and then instead of realizing their mistake they charged our card when we told them that this was their mistake. I wouldnt work with this company. They dont have their act together and will resort to stealing money from you if they make a mistake, which they will. UPDATE – 9/4/26: YWS attempted to have this review removed by claiming that we were not a legitimate customer. I appealed the removal and provided invoices, proof of payment, and other documentation confirming our business relationship. The appeal was successful, and the review was reinstated after our customer relationship was verified. Instead of addressing the issues raised in this review, they attempted to challenge whether we were even a customer. Fortunately, we had extensive documentation to prove otherwise. UPDATE – 8/14/26: Since posting this review, the owner contacted us requesting that the $2-3k for remaining balances owed to creators that YWS hired without our approval. The email also stated that these creators may go “public” if they are not paid. For context, we followed the creator-spending process YWS established, which required us to pre-fund an approved balance that they could draw from. YWS exceeded the available balance and incurred additional creator expenses without receiving our authorization. We do not believe a client should be responsible for expenses an agency chooses to incur beyond an agreed-upon budget without approval. What is most concerning at this point is that, rather than resolving the balances resulting from their own budget management, YWS is telling us that the unpaid creators may publicly complain. After paying approximately $26,000 in agency fees, we are now potentially facing reputational issues over roughly $2,000-3,000 in creator expenses that we never authorized. Original Review: I worked with this company for approximately four months. We were initially sold on one strategy, only to have it changed midway through the engagement. Had we known from the beginning that this would ultimately be the approach, we would not have signed the contract or paid approximately $26,000 in agency fees. What made the experience more disappointing was learning that several of the content creators they hired made repeated attempts to contact the agency for content direction and did not receive the support they were seeking. That was not the level of service we expected when hiring a professional agency. I've worked with many vendors over the years, and this experience ranks among the worst. I don't expect an agency to guarantee success—that ultimately depends on the brand, product, and market. However, I do expect the strategy presented during the sales process to remain consistent unless changes are discussed and agreed upon, and I expect the agency to provide the level of service it was hired to deliver. There were also significant issues with how creator payments were managed. Our arrangement was to maintain a $5,000 pre-funded balance that the agency could draw from for creator expenses. Instead, additional expenses were incurred beyond the available funds without our approval. Had we been asked to authorize those additional costs beforehand, we would not have approved them. After everything that occurred, I requested a partial refund equivalent to one month's agency fee because I did not believe the services delivered justified the amount we paid. I never received a meaningful resolution to that request, which is ultimately why I decided to share my experience publicly. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this agency. After approximately $26,000 in agency fees, advertising spend, creator costs, and other related expenses, our TikTok performance was no better than before we hired them. From our perspective, the engagement was a costly disappointment, and the subsequent dispute over unauth

6 months and not a single sale. They seem to be doing the typical ad agency approach where they advertise themselves heavily, over promise during their sales call, and then just outsource the work overseas. Would not recommend.

I originally signed a 16-week TikTok Shop Accelerator agreement with Young With Solutions and was excited to work with them. Early on the sales process made it seem like they had a strong system for scaling TikTok Shop. However, several of the structured deliverables outlined in the agreement were never provided in the format described (weekly content calendars, structured reporting, evaluations, etc.), and the engagement ultimately broke down after about nine weeks. The most concerning part of this experience was what happened after the billing dispute. After I filed chargebacks through my bank, YWS contacted me and asked me to cancel the disputes so they could issue a refund directly. Based on that representation, I worked with my bank in an attempt to resolve the dispute process. Later, the position from YWS changed completely. In their most recent email response, they stated that they will not issue any refund and consider the matter closed, even though they had previously communicated that a refund would be processed if the disputes were withdrawn. Because of this reversal, the issue is now moving toward formal dispute resolution. I am sharing this experience so that other business owners understand how this situation was handled and can make informed decisions before entering into an agreement.

One of the worst agencies I have worked with. They sell you on a high-ticket program that they cannot deliver results. When I approached them about performance, they did nothing. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
