I had the pleasure of working with the Young With Solutions team from October 2025 to February 2026. From the beginning of our contract with them, it was clear that the team enjoys what they do and desires to do it well. Our account manager was attentive to our business goals and worked alongside us to find creators that would be a good fit. She was incredibly patient, as our team required multiple sign-offs from leadership before moving forward. The creators were delightful and brought a lot to the table with ideas for varying content and suggestions based on their experiences. The review and approval process for content was seamless, and they were always incredibly receptive to feedback (and timely with any edits!). While this was a short-term contractual content partnership, I am walking away feeling like I have a better understanding of various content types that our audience responds to, and I have a cache of quality content to continue using in various initiatives. Absolutely would not hesitate to work with YWS again!

We've hired ALOT of agencies over the past 6 years. Never fully invested our time in marketing on Tiktok, but wanted to try. So we gave YWS a shot. Usually with agencies like this, you're given an account manager that's not as talented as the founders. However, Daniela, our Creative Director assigned to our account, has been nothing short of amazing. She's professional, organized, and just a pleasure to work with. She has taken the time to understand our brand, study our competitors, and creatively think of new ways to market on tiktok. It's honestly a breath of fresh air. Our main goal with working with YWS was to have a team constantly iterating on organic content that we can simultaneously use as paid ads. They've delivered. The whole team is solid, from Tim & Pedro to Colin their media buyer, creator outreach team & titkok shop advisors. Can't recommend YWS enough.

Working with YWS has been great. Before we had to find and vet creator, then manage them directly. This was hard and time consuming, especially with 4-8 creators at the same time. The YWS team has a great roster of reliable professional creators. They also really know the ins and outs of tiktok shop.
