Im a content creator. Got unsolicited email from YWS about how they connect brands with creators. I scheduled a call which end up being a sales call for their program which offers tools to creators to grow as creators. Nothing in first 2 emails has been said about selling of a program , this is a total scam that companies do to get people pay for courses. Just shady business and I don’t recommend this company.

We worked with Young With Solutions from April 2025 - September 2025. It was the worst business decision we ever made. Over $27,000 spent and $363 in sales. Yes - those really are the figures(!) YWS have great salespeople. They will promise you a lot, have fancy presentations and make you think that getting over $50k in sales per month is easy. They are brilliant at marketing themselves. YWS’s execution is an absolute joke. Multiple deadlines were missed and their accountability is zero. The only positive in all this mess was our account manager. He was the only person who seemed to care about our business. Unless you enjoy being mugged off and spending tens of thousands of dollars without seeing results, I would stay well away from YWS. ***Update 19th November 2025*** On 3rd November 2025, YWS took $1650 from our company bank account without permission. I was not invoiced for this amount. It was taken with immediate effect. Subsequently I learned that this was to pay a Creator YWS forgot to invoice me for. I asked for the money to be refunded and to be invoiced in the correct way. YWS's CEO agreed to this on the CONDITION THAT I REMOVE MY REVIEW ON TRUSTPILOT. I refused. I owed them the money and leaving my review up for future partners to see is important to me, so other companies do not get scammed. Don't trust these guys. Read all the 1* reviews on Trustpilot and you can see a pattern of lack of accountability and incompetency.

£25,000 down the drain. £40 in sales. Let that sink in. Working with YWS has been one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences we’ve ever had. They talk a big game — endless promises, big claims, and flashy presentations — but when it comes to actual delivery, it’s a complete disaster. The team seems far more interested in running from one client call to the next than doing any meaningful work. There’s no communication, no coordination, and absolutely no accountability. What we got for our investment was shockingly poor output and results that border on insulting. Their reviews? Most appear to come from content creators who get paid extra on top of their brand deals — so don’t be fooled. Behind the smoke and mirrors, there’s nothing but incompetence and excuses. This wasn’t just a waste of money — it was a waste of time, trust, and opportunity. If you value any of those things, stay as far away from YWS as possible. They've tried multiple times to remove my review and are now calling it fake. Despicable.

I have worked with many agencies in the past and YWS was by far the worst experience for many reasons. After 4 months of them working on our account we got 2 sales. Not even the product titles and descriptions were optimized. We had weekly meetings running through the same issues over and over again with little action following them. While the team is friendly, business results matter, and there was zero accountability. We don’t expect thousands as soon as you open a shop however blaming the TikTok platform instead of resolving issues with seller support (which they don’t know how to use) would seem obvious. They ended up consulting us on many areas of the shop which shows an extreme lack of knowledge. I would strongly advise against working with YWS as you will be paying $20k+ for them to source some creators. That’s about it. All the positive reviews on their account are creators which you pay for content, and not from companies like ours.

Young With Solutions promised to boost our TikTok Shop performance, but instead, they completely sabotaged our social commerce strategy. Their creator network produced dull, generic content that failed to engage our audience, while their back-end operations were chaotic and poorly managed. During the first month of working with them, instead of seeing any growth, we suffered from their ineptitude. The team’s lack of knowledge and disregard for our goals were obvious. Overall, the partnership was a total waste of both money and resources.

A company willing to sidestep such straightforward regulations just to collect a lead sends a clear signal about its ethics. Think about it. If they will not follow basic legal requirements like including a transparent opt-out or securing proper consent for their own marketing, what shortcuts might they take with your data, deadlines, budgets, and brand reputation once you become a customer? Trust is built on respect and accountability, not spam tactics that risk penalties of more than $43,000 per email. Plenty of firms grow by playing fair and valuing prospective clients as partners rather than targets. Protect your inbox, your peace of mind, and your business credibility. Steer clear and choose a provider that honors the law from the first point of contact.

The YWS team is utterly disappointing. They lack transparency, are slow, and dismissive of feedback You would be better off avoiding working with them.
