Would give zero if I could. Bought product. They never shipped. All they did was create a label.

I placed an order for the Buffalo Trace 6 pak, July 31, 2024 ( I am putting in the year because based on what I am hearing, they probably will fill orders next year ). I bought for a birthday present in August, obviously didnt happened. I call the number everyday. I am blasting them on every FB ad and yelp. Stay away from this company.

I ordered 5 bottles of bourbon but when my order arrived, I was short one bottle. I immediately emailed their customer service but have not received a reply.

Placed order on August 4. After 3 weeks I called regarding my order. The woman I spoke with claims they had an overwhelming number of orders an I should receive my order with 7 days. The next day I received notifications that a shipping label was created and my order would arrive August 29. It's now September 24. UPS claims they still have not received the package. I have been unable to speak to anyone at customer service. When you call you get redirected to Tony Gallo voicemail but nobody ever responds. It's been 7 weeks and absolutely nothing. Please dont order from this place.

We ordered bourbon on August 11 and still waiting. Also received a confirmation but no shipping information. Got one response saying due to overwhelming response, shipping would take place in 1-2 weeks. I have emailed and called (left message as no one answered). Am about to dispute through my credit card company 😡 When something seems like a great deal, make sure to do your research before!!!!!

I ordered from the site, my card was charged immediately and a month later I am still waiting to receive the product. I should have read the reviews prior to purchasing. Save your money - don't use this site.

Also have not received product I paid for and my credit card company rejected my dispute. Wish I could prove I never received!

I placed my order over 6 weeks ago and it still has not shipped. They do not reply to emails. I have called daily for 4 weeks and no one has ever answered the phone or responded to a voicemail.
