Never received order
I ordered a bottle of Blantons in November 2024. The website showed 3 day shipping. After a couple of weeks with no shipping notification I gave them a call. I was told that this is a very popular item and shipping will be in two to three weeks. This became their narrative. When I mentioned getting a refund I was told a manager will call me. Each time I called, the person answering could not help other than giving me the same answer. I never got a call from a manager. I also emailed several times only to get a similar response. After two and a half months of run around and broken promises, I emailed a very direct request for a refund. They responded with assurance that a refund was being processed. I emailed again after waiting two weeks. I got a quick response with an apology and again told I would be refunded. I waited another week and then disputed the charge with my credit card company. My credit card company looked at my documentation and immediately credited my account. I do not trust that this is legitimate business. All of the reviews on their website are 5 star. I found that almost all of their reviews on independent websites are 1 star (can’t give no stars).
