I ordered my order on February 25, 2025 and still haven't received my order to this date. I'll never order from you guys again, and please don't send me anymore emails. Your company is trash 🗑 !!!!!!

Never again would I order from this company, took over two months to refund a canceled order, no thank you

Scam. Been waiting 3 weeks for their 5-7 day delivery. Not expecting anything anymore. DO NOT ORDER

100% a scam site. I ordered a bottle of scotch and it never got shipped. After vague communication about it, I asked for a refund. I was told I would receive a refund notification, which I never did. After weeks of back-and-forth communication with them, it became clear that all of their emails were written by AI. They started repeating whole phrases along the lines of "We totally get how frustrating this experience is. We're so sorry about the inconvenience and will update you every step of the way." No details, and of course no updates, were given. They also kept referring to me by the name I had ordered it for (my brother), not the name I used to sign off my emails. Clearly there were no humans reading the emails. In fact, they never sign off their emails with a name, so you have no one to address. After I pointed out the name was incorrect, they sent an AI response apologising and promising updates etc.. No updates without me emailing them first of course, and they started to use my brother's name again from the next email. Funnily enough, when I sent an email asking if they were AI, I got a response apologising for the delay and asking me if I would like to cancel the order. Of course, it had been cancelled long ago and I was supposed to have already been refunded. I suppose the AI just didn't know how to respond to such a question. After more than 10 working days of receiving nothing but cryptic responses to my email, I submitted a dispute with my bank to reclaim the payment. Utter waste of time. Complete scam. All the customer service is AI.

Do not order from them placed a simple order been waiting nine months have received several emails promising to ship and still no product.

They advertise that they have rare Pappy VanWinkle on the first page yet they DON'T HAVE THE PRODUCT. I filed a dispute with my credit card company in order to get my money back.

Fraud. Fraud. Fraud. Placed an order and it never shipped. I wrote requesting a refund and they quoted me 10 business days to receive the refund. It has been over a month and nothing. They just keep saying “we are so sorry but we are working on it.”

This is the shadiest company I have ever dealt with. I places an order 10 weeks ago. After 5 weeks I asked for a refund. Still nothing. Multiple emails and phone calls. They respond with generic emails. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
