Waited a month and still didn't have it shipped. Cancelled order and has now been another month waiting on refund. About to call BBB over my refund. Will never order again from this business.

I placed my order in March. This is May. I still don't have my order. I have sent emails questioning where my order is, with a return message saying they are researching it and will get back to me. I just received a message saying my order will arrive on Monday. I guess we will see. Very disappointed!

you never sent my wine. then, when i canceled my order, you never refunded my order my my credit card. i had to go to my credit card company to dispute the charge. i now know you are a scam.

Ordered Johnny Walker and it never came. I called and emailed with a response a week later and was told they would reimburse me. After 2 weeks I still had no refund and had to dispute the charge through American Express. I would NEVER order from this company again. Find a local store to deliver what you want. Run from this company. With a 1.8 rating not sure how they are in business.

Youbooze will sell your data. They sold my email address and phone number to a company named Cork & Mash.

These guys took a while to get my order out, but I reached out, they phoned back after a few days, they told me it was on the way, just taking longer than usual. They probably have a huge work load or import issues, give em a chance, cause they will deliver! Just takes a bit.
