My order was not filled and I didn’t hear from anyone for 5 months!

i order stuff from you but it never ships

I am still waiting for this to be delivered it's been weeks since I placed my order

TOTAL SCAM. Placed a $600 order (# 27645) in November 2024 and haven't received anything. Customer service just lies about getting me a refund or shipping my product. STAY AWAY!!!!

This was an order was placed via a fraudelent charge on a credit card. I place 2 calls and left messages, as well as sent emails to your support email, to let you know in hopes you would respond and/or cancel the shipment before your product was sent out. But it looks like the shipment was sent anyway. This charge has been reported and unfortunately the payment you received has been disputed. So the one star is for the lack of acknowledgement after calls and emails. Good thing I was not a customer who actually spend $ 2K on your product and needed assistance.

Was easy and fast to complete the order.

No delivery. This place sucks, website is old technology. They advised that they were out of stock a couple of weeks after initial order. Need to show items that are in stock, or, have a back order button.

Terrible customer service -- one bottle in my order arrived leaking, and I have been promised a replacement or refund for the 6 months and counting now. At this point, they have just stopped replying to my inquiries. Avoid this business at all costs... I don't know how the owner(s) sleep at night.
