Items arrive in a timely manner and they are secured for safety. I have ordered many times and not one broken bottle.

The first time I tried to make a purchase from this company. They really give me a bad experience. It take more than a month. I still don’t get my bottle. Now I want to cancel my order. They still don’t give me my refund Or an answer.

It has been over a month and I have not received my order. According to UPS they haven't received it either

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered and paid for Birthday Bourbon in March. Repeatedly asked for updates or refund, and I mostly got robo responses. When I did get a real response, it was a promise to update soon that never happened. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had buying anything online in 25 years. I would never recommend anyone do business with this site.

I placed order and paid for 2nd day shipping 3 weeks ago and still don't have my order. You took my money immediately but no product. Thieves!!

This company is a bunch of thieves. Once you make an order and they process it without ever sending your product you will not get a refund. I made an order in December of 2024 and they processed the order and sent a B.S. ups shipping number that for months stated item was not received by ups. This is all done to prevent you a refund. They don’t keep you updated unless you respond to them asking for information and they respond when they feel like it. 7 months later there is no product and then I’m told be email I can’t get a refund because it was deemed processed. That was back in January when they sent the B.S. ups shipping number with no intent to send your product. A bunch of thieves. Be very aware of this site.

My order was ignored not shipped out. I have reached out multiple times to try to get into contact with anyone regarding this matter and it has gone ignored now that I want a refund I am being ignored as well.
