Great retailer to buy from; I do so often.

AFTER WATING ALMOST ONE MONTH I GOT HALF OF MY ORDER DELVERED O 8/27/25

I’ve been dealing with this company since March. They finally sent my order in June. Broken bottle I sent it back. They said they couldn’t send a refund but would give me a replacement. I keep emailing them many many times and they don’t respond.

31 days after paying and placing my order, I didn't receive a shipping day, so complained every week and YB provided the same excuse, allocation issues. I contacted my bank, disputed the order, and fortunately YB reimbursed me what I paid. What a waste of time, and energies. What a waste. Please, keep far from them.

Response to customer service was almost immediate through emails well within the timeframes in their support page. There was supply issue with the bottles we ordered and youbooze contacted us and filled order with larger version to make up for lost time at their own expense without having too. Much appreciated.

I purchased a $65 bottle of bourbon but they sent a cheaper $35 bottle in its place. I've tried emailing and calling and no one has ever called or emailed me back. Will never order here again.
