This is the second time I have placed an order with Youbooze that was never fulfilled!!

My order is finally being shipped nearly 2 months after I made it. Previous orders shipped immediately. I received no communication about a wait time, and one of the items was refunded without any reason given. I emailed asking for an ETA 10 days after I had ordered. I got a, "sorry you have to wait" response, but no follow up after that. Customer service needs improvement.

Easy to order and great selection

My order was never fulfilled and it took me over a couple of months to get my money refunded.

Ordered in April, after two months of somewhat helpful communication they have now basically ghosted. Refuse to refund despite admitting they never sent product. Left another message and email yesterday as I'm not going away.

Delay in shipping, zero tracking information. Very rude customer service. Had to cancel the order through my credit card. Overall very unpleasant experience.

i love this place. they sell the coolest whiskeys for collectors or for an amazing birthday gift. Youbooze.com always have good stuff in stock

To the You Booze company. It must be difficult to read all of these horrible reviews. Whatever the cause of the extremely poor service and strong distaste of most customers, it is not too late to start fresh. Just as Zaccaeus of Jericho changed and made amends, so can you. Go from the worst and most dishonest, to the best and most dependable liquor site on the web. You can do it.
