I never received my bottles of Tarantula Tequila. I was reimbursed, but I waited for over a month for bottles that never came. I hope you fixed your shipping system. I’ll stick to a local vendor.

I entered the wrong address which delayed my shipment. I did not notice and do not recall being notified of the issue. The gift for the delay was an added bonus.

I ordered a case of The Prisoner. You sent freak show. I have sent two emails into customer service with no response. I want return shipping label and a refund. I will never do business with your company again. Horrible service

Terrible customer service. Took over a month to ship and I didn’t even get the correct product once it did arrive. Contacted customer service again with no response but they’re quick to ask for a review! Take this review and shove it! TERRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT ORDER

TERRIBLE!!! Took 2 months to get the bottle I purchased for $200, and when it finally arrived, it was NOT the bottle I purchased. They sent me some $60 bottle not even comparable. I reached out to customer service 3 times... crickets!! Completely ghosted. Which is strange because when I reached out to customer service about the shipping delay, they were very quick to reply and apologize for the delay. This was a COMPLETE SCAM!!!

Ordered Caymus as a gift for someone and was delivered a much cheaper bottle of wine 3 weeks after ordering. No response from youbooze or their supplier cork and mash. Run fast from this company. Terrible service, communication, delivery time and accuracy. So mad I didnt check here before ordering and embarrassed with what was sent to the recipient.

After taking 6 weeks to get the order shipped, they then Sent me the wrong spirits and don’t respond to any correspondence or have an intent to rectify their mistakes. Stay away
